- 4 cups Vegetable broth
- 4 Carrots
- 1 cup Onion diced
- 3 Stalks Celery diced
- 1 1/2 cups Baby bella mushrooms chopped
- 1 can Diced tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1 Bayleaf
- 5 oz Fresh Spinach
